About Us
The Metro Knights formed as a full-ice mite squad in 2018 in order to assist mites in making the switch from half-ice to full-ice. Our program has expanded to include spring travel for children ages 5 to 16 and house league for 8 and under players making the switch out of learn to play hockey. We are excited to offer all young hockey players in NY and NJ an improved hockey experience!
